Sergey PERGAMENTSEV

Head of Structured Management Institutional, MAQS

Sergey has been Head of Structured Management Institutional within the Multi Assets, Quantitative and Solutions department at BNP Paribas Asset Management since 2018. He is responsible for managing institutional client portfolios, which include liability-riven investing, fiduciary management, and overlay management under various regulatory frameworks.

Sergey has been involved in this activity since 2007. Since 2019, Sergey and the team have expanded the set of solutions to manage diversified private credit portfolios as well.

Sergey started his investment career in 1999 when he joined ABN AMRO Bank as a risk analyst. In 2000, he moved to ABN AMRO Asset Management, where he worked for seven years as a portfolio manager in the equity derivatives solutions team.

Sergey holds a master’s degree of technological design in applied mathematics from Eindhoven University of Technology in the Netherlands and a degree in theoretical mathematics from Kharkiv State University in Ukraine.

Sergey is based in Amsterdam.
